What is Histon?

Histon are what we call a 'Non-League' team, OSF. In England we have a sort of football pyramid, with the Premier League at the top, followed by the other three professional Football Leagues. Below that we have another pyramid with local hundreds of amateur leagues at the bottom (our 'pub' leagues), then higher quality regional leagues, and what is known as 'the Conference' at the top of this Non-League system. Histon FC have just gained entry to the Conference as a result of winning the 'Nationwide South'.
